Are you a fitness enthusiast who loves inspiring others to crush their goals? SWEAT440 Austin is seeking passionate Fitness Coaches to lead our signature high-energy HIIT classes and build a thriving community. If you’ve got a knack for coaching and connecting with people, we want you on our team! You’ll deliver fast-paced, 40-minute workouts that keep members coming back, motivate and guide clients to hit their fitness potential, and engage with our community to help grow our membership base through authentic connections (yes, there’s a sales element—but it’s about sharing what you love!).

Why join us? You’ll earn $18-20/hour base (based on experience) plus up to 20% commission on membership sales you inspire. Plus, we have a sales commission pool, so all coaches get a share of the rewards even if you’re not the top seller—teamwork pays off! We offer $250 annual education reimbursement to keep your skills sharp, a free membership, and a discounted plus-one membership. You’ll work in a high-energy studio with killer music, a tight-knit team, and a community that sweats together.
Who you are: Certified (or soon-to-be-certified) in fitness training—your expertise matters! You’re outgoing, positive, and great with people. Bonus points for experience in group fitness or a natural ability to rally a crowd. You’re comfortable chatting up members and sharing the SWEAT440 experience (sales experience is a plus, not a must). Hours are part-time with flexible shifts to fit your rhythm.
