Consider joining our team and bring your haircutting skills to Austin Haircut Company. We started in 1988 in south Austin and we offer precision haircuts at several locations around Austin.
Are you a licensed stylist or barber with haircutting skills who is looking to make a change? You can join our team with confidence because you will get PAID FOR EVERY HOUR YOU WORK (guaranteed hourly pay=$25). This is not a booth rental.
Guaranteed $25/hour is for both full and part-time stylists/barbers
Our salons are busy. Over 70% of our customers are men, so please be proficient in clipper cuts and confident in your fades and shortcuts.
Our team is paid weekly. And everyone keeps 100% of their tips.

Austin Haircut Co. is now hiring part-time and full-time haircut specialists or barbers at our south Austin location at 4815 W. Braker Lane - in the HEB shopping center at Braker Lane and 183. (Our other 2 locations may have an opening, so please inquire if interested)

All stylists/barbers are paid the higher of base pay or commission every week
Schedule Stability - our stylists/barbers keep the same weekly schedule
We provide all back bar and supplies - just bring your tools and a good attitude
No hard-selling of products or product quotas
In-house classes; Holiday bonuses
WE EXPECT
A smile and a positive attitude
3 or more years of professional hair-cutting experience
Friendly customer service, honesty, cooperation and teamwork
Must be proficient in clipper haircuts - 65% of our customers are men
Availability to work on weekends (weekends are our busiest time)
