Key Responsibilities
Provide professional barbering services including haircuts, fades, shaves, beard trims, and styling.
Consult with clients to understand their style preferences and deliver desired results.
Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in compliance with Texas State Board of Barbering standards.
Manage appointment schedules and walk-in clients efficiently.
Upsell grooming products and additional services to enhance client experience.
Build and retain a loyal customer base through exceptional service and professionalism.
Stay updated on the latest grooming trends, techniques, and tools.
Requirements
Valid Texas Barber or Cosmetology License.
Proven experience as a barber, stylist, or men’s grooming specialist.
Strong clipper, scissor, and razor skills.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
