Human Resources Workday Manager positions offered by Pacific Investment Management Company LLC (PIMCO) (Austin, TX). Maintain PIMCO’s Workday systems, address issues raised by the business, and develop additional technical configurations, including integration development. Ensure all configurations in Workday are made to the systems based on signed-off requirement from the business and assist testers in vetting updated and configuration changes. Review data to ensure integrity and completeness and edit input documents for accuracy as well as monitor output for system issues. Administer system security, ensuring user access matches the business requirements and approvals received, and review and validate security changes for new functionality builds. Review Workday documentation related to weekly and semi-annual system upgrades, evaluate impact of updates based on current configuration and roadmap, and train and communicate business users to effectively use the system after upgrades. Act as a consultant regarding system capabilities within the HR team, troubleshoot issues and liaise with the broader team to ensure new functionality builds and updates meet the business needs. Track system errors and inquires, analyze data to identify trends, and report finding and recommendation for improvement. Train HR users in system functionality and data entry. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the United States.
Minimum Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science or a related field and 3 years of experience in Workday administration. Education, training, or experience must include: HRIS; HR practices and reporting needs; data analysis; and, HCM, Benefits, Payroll, Learning, Performance, Time and Absence, or Recruiting. Experience may be gained concurrently. Telecommuting permitted from anywhere in the United States.
