Purpose of position: To provide inside sales for All States Equipment.
Primary Responsibilities:
Data entry (sales orders, purchase orders, quotations)
Customer service support
Reception of inbound calls
Outgoing calls (including cold calling)
Counter sales (walk-in customers)
Efficient Communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft
Word
Outlook
Email support
Respond to emails in a timely manner
Provide assistance to all customers and vendors
Email copies of sales receipts
Email copies of estimates
Email copies of Purchases Orders
Order processing
Entering orders
Verify Customer information
Verify payment information
Process credit card payments
Product ordering
Communicate with management on products needed to complete an order
Communicate with vendor via phone or email on updated pricing
Excellent communication skills
Business related internet researching
Other tasks associated with position which are assigned by supervisor, but may not be listed above.
