Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through a mix of marketing, referrals, and outreach
Meet with homeowners to discuss their roofing needs
Present tailored roofing solutions based on individual client requirements
Handle negotiations and close deals, managing your pipeline effectively
Provide excellent after-sales service, ensuring customer satisfaction
Collaborate with the installation team to ensure timely project completion
Manage preferred contractor claims with several insurance companies.
Qualifications:
2+ years of sales experience in any field (roofing or construction experience a plus)
Proficiency in using Xactimate and Simbility to write insurance reports for roofing and restoration work as a
preferred contractor.
Strong ability to connect with people and build relationships
Motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
