Residential Salesman:
Experience in roofing sales is a plus but not required. Experience in the trades is recommended.
Be willing to knock doors, cold call, write letters, and ask for referrals and reviews. Lead generation is required . Good things come to those who go get them. Must be motivated and self-sufficient. Be a people person. Have a good attitude.
Expect to work Saturdays and after business hours to have the success that roofing sales can offer.
30%-50% commission on sales.
Pay will be determined by experience and performance.
