Position Overview:
Sales Role: Locating cosmetic lasers / accessories in medical spas, doctors' offices, that our company can purchase.
Sales Process: Making calls to potential sellers and get all the information on what they are not using. T
Work Environment: Remote, flexible hours, part-time (20-30 hours/week), with potential for high earnings as experience and a client pipeline build up. I would like 4 hours a week in office the rest can be home based.
Training: Basic and hands-on via joint calls; no formal or time-consuming training.
Compensation: $15/hr for 20 hours/week, plus commissions ($250 per system sold + additional for accessories). The potential to earn over $50-70K annually.
Key Responsibilities:
Phone calls: Reaching out to medical spas and doctors' offices to inquire about preowned devices.
Device Information: Requesting pictures of the equipment to assess the value.
Follow-Up: Discussing prices with sellers and finalizing deals.
Weekly Reporting: Submitting reviews of calls and tasks completed, until CRM system is implemented.
Ideal Candidate:
Preferably someone with prior sales experience, especially in phone-based sales.
Must be motivated and capable of working independently with a flexible schedule.
Requirements:
Must have your own computer and phone for the first 60 days.
Accessible and responsive to calls and emails.
