Austin Paper Company is seeking a motivated and dynamic outside sales professional to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to work with some of Austin’s most popular dining and entertainment venues!
We are a small and growing local business in North Austin specializing in supplying many of the city’s hot spots with paper products, office supplies, and restaurant disposables. Joining us means you will be working closely with a small, dynamic group of people who are committed to providing quality products and outstanding customer service to our clientele.
In this B2B sales position you will prospect, develop, and nurture leads with local businesses to create long-lasting relationships that meet the needs and exceed the expectations of everyone involved. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys Austin and all the fun local venues that make this city special. Duties include, but are not limited to, acquiring new customers, overseeing accounts, maintaining and cultivating client relationships, and meeting with your supervisor to review weekly sales activities and status on prospective customers.

We offer competitive base salary (commensurate with experience) + commission + new account bonuses + mileage reimbursement. For every new account you acquire, you will receive full commission on all subsequent reorders, which leads to steadily increasing pay.
Estimated compensation for your first full year is between $50k and $80k, and will continue to increase every year because of the nature of our business model. It is a reorder type business and you'll always receive full payment on all reorders.
You will also enjoy a friendly and laidback office environment with hours Monday through Friday from 9:00am-5:00pm. No overnight travel is required as our clients are based in or near Austin.
