Indian Motorcycle Austin is seeking a Finance Associate! The finance associate will be responsible for assisting the customer in securing proper funds for purchasing new and used motorcycles from the dealership. This person will be responsible for daily communications with customer, financial institutions, and all other departments within the dealership. Once proper funds are secured the finance associate is responsible for producing additional revenue by recommending products and benefits to the potential customer.

Responsibilities:
-Manage sales team to facilitate finance process
-Coordinate the approval process for all loans and lines of credit
-Properly prepare all documents regarding the sale of motorcycle units
-Create additional revenue by selling vehicle service contracts and tire and wheel products
-Follow all compliance regulations, both federal and state
-Contract customers and take payments
-Distribute sales leads to sales team
Qualifications:
-Outgoing individual with some relatable experience in finance, sales, or powersports industry
-Excellent interpersonal skills to interact professionally with customers
-High ethical standards and integrity
-Neat, clean, and professional appearance
-High school diploma or GED
-Basic computer knowledge, general software knowledge, MS office
-Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
Working Days: Tuesday - Saturday, 8:30am - 6pm
