The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones and achieve high occupancy rates. Specific responsibilities include:Establish rapport with residents and provide grade A personalized customer serviceMeet with future residents and take them on tours of the unitsConduct daily follow up with prospective tenantsPrepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate paymentsThe Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:High School diploma/GED requiredHave a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agentHave working knowledge of property management software, OnesiteOur company emphasizes a TEAM APPROACH and expects every person to perform any reasonable task or request that is consistent with fulfilling company objectives.
