Duties

- Conduct inside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.

- Utilize warm calling techniques to engage potential customers and build relationships.

- Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions through product knowledge and effective communication.

- Negotiate pricing and terms to close sales and meet or exceed sales targets.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and customer acquisition.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system.

- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position products.

### Experience

- Proven experience in inside sales or telemarketing, preferably in the technology sales industry.

- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and meet or exceed sales targets.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers in English and Spanish.

- Demonstrated ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-term relationships.

- Self-motivated with a strong drive for success and a results-oriented mindset.

- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
