Position Overview

We are seeking an energetic and organized Brand Ambassador / Field Sales Representative to join our growing team. This is a dynamic, on-the-road position that combines relationship management, merchandising, and sales. The ideal candidate enjoys being on the move, meeting people, and bringing energy and professionalism to every store visit.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring our partner brands are represented beautifully in stores, stocked consistently, and supported with great communication and follow-through.

Key Responsibilities

Visit retail accounts across Central Texas to manage inventory, restock shelves, and ensure brand visibility

Build strong, lasting relationships with store owners, managers, and team members

Present products, secure orders, and help grow account sales

Support occasional brand activations and product sampling events

Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and communications

Ensure displays are properly merchandised and aligned with brand standards

Qualifications

Excellent people and communication skills

Organized, reliable, and proactive

Sales or customer service experience preferred (not required)

Comfortable with frequent driving and independent work

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle

Ability to lift and move boxes and products as needed
