Miller's Hail Repair is Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) Company based out of Temple, Texas and has expanded into the North Austin. With this expansion we are looking at hiring on long-term candidates that can grow with the company as we expand our service area. Paintless Dent Repair is an industry that is not always well known by customers, but the benefits of PDR are easy for the customer to see once they understand the PDR repair process. There is massive potential for the right person because multiple hail storms in April and May have caused considerable damage to vehicles in Hutto, Round Rock, Liberty Hill, Leander, Cedar Park, and Georgetown. This is a great opportunity for someone with sales and Door to Door experience.
This is a Commission only position. Pay is 15% Commission on each repairable vehicle you bring in to our facility. Most tickets are between 8-12k, so expect at least $1000 per vehicle in commission. Paid out weekly on Friday.
Your job will be is to identify vehicles that have hail damage, approach the potential client, explain the process and benefits of PDR, get the scheduled for repairs. It's a pretty easy sale since we always save the customer their deductible and deal with the insurance for them. All the customer has to do is file the claim and we do the rest. Update the customer every couple days until the repairs are complete. (7-10 days)
