Role Overview
Title: Shared Kitchen Sales Representative
Type: Commission-based
Primary Objective: Attract and secure new clients for our shared kitchen spaces
Commission Structure
Base Commission: 50% of the first month's rent after successful collection
Example: If a new client signs up for a $1,000/month kitchen space, the sales representative earns a $500 commission once the first month's rent is collected.
Additional Incentive
Long-Term Contract Bonus:
Additional 10% commission for contracts 6 months or longer
Additional 20% commission for contracts 12 months or longer
Responsibilities
Identify and reach out to potential clients (e.g., food startups, caterers, Chefs, CPG, food truck owners)
Conduct tours of the shared kitchen facility
Explain pricing, services, and contract terms to potential clients
Negotiate contracts within approved guidelines
Assist with the onboarding process for new clients
Maintain relationships with existing clients to encourage renewals
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop lead generation strategies
Provide weekly reports on sales activities and pipeline
Qualifications
Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B
Understanding of the food industry and commercial kitchen operations
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
Support Provided
Comprehensive training on the shared kitchen specific offerings
Marketing materials and sales collateral
Access to CRM software for lead and client management
Biweekly sales team meetings for strategy and support
Performance Expectations
Monthly Sales Target: Sign at least 3 new clients or $2,500 in new monthly recurring revenue
Quarterly Review: Performance evaluated based on new client acquisition, client retention, and total revenue generated
