JOB DESCRIPTION: As a Business Development Representative at Banner Insite, you will be at the forefront of our expansion efforts, identifying and engaging with potential clients to demonstrate our cutting-edge software. Your primary goal will be to prospect new accounts, nurture early adopters, and convert them into loyal paying customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and outreach.

- Conduct high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.

- Schedule and perform software demonstrations to prospects, highlighting the benefits and features of our platform.

- Work closely with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that resonate with our ideal customer profile.

- Collaborate with product development teams to relay customer feedback and contribute to the enhancement of our software.

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and pipeline progress in our CRM system.

- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets for demos scheduled and deals closed.

- Account check-ins 1-2 times a month.

QUALIFICATIONS:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role in the SaaS or tech industry.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.

- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

- A self-starter attitude with the drive to initiate and persist with outreach to new prospects.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales automation tools.

- Passion for technology and innovation, particularly within the automotive sector.
