We are seeking an Auto Insurance Agent to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of auto insurance policies to new and existing clients. Bilingual is a requirement.
Compensation starts at $12/Hour with 30% Commission. Agent Pay ranges from $4k-8k a month, or more.
Some Agents make 100k+ a year. You decide how much you make based on your efforts.

Office environment is relaxed, flexible, and we like to have fun. TV and free coffee included. we work as a team and are growing! Office hours are monday-friday 9AM-6PM with hour lunch and Saturday 10AM-5PM.
Rotating Saturday's required.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
Develop and calculate suitable plans based on clients' needs
Resolve client inquiries and complaints
Expand business reach through networking techniques
Comply with insurance standards and regulations
Track and identify areas of improvement
Qualifications:
Limited Lines or General Lines Property and Casualty Insurance License Required.
Previous experience in insurance, customer service, or other related fields
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize and multitask
