A well established residential systems integration firm seeks a Service Manager to join our team.
As the Service Manager, you will be work with clients ensure that service requests are scheduled and resolved in a timely manner. You will be responsible for service requests relating to audio visual, communications infrastructure, video surveillance, etc.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service and communication skills and have a working knowledge of the audio visual and systems integration industry.
Experience:
Technical background in voice and data cabling, audio/video, and wireless networks. Experience with control platforms like Control 4 a plus.
Must be familiar with test equipment used to install, troubleshoot and maintain systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to establish priorities and proceed with objectives with little supervision.
Understanding of installation standards
Understanding of job safety practices
Proficiency in systems applications and Microsoft, Microsoft Office with Microsoft Windows and other related computer applications.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for timely completion of assigned service requests and customer satisfaction.
Responsible for first line customer interface on site. This includes support after the completion of the service requests.
Responsible for updating service requests with notes and finalizing billing details.
