Compensation: $17/Hr, Monthly Bonuses Incentives, Paid Time-Off (PTO)
Schedule: M-F (7:30am-3:30pm) weekend off
Job Overview:
As a Warehouse Associate at Grassroots Harvest, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and organized operation of our warehouse. You will work as part of a dedicated team to receive, store, and distribute products while maintaining a safe and clean workspace.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality.
Safely operate pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
Accurately pick, pack, and label products for shipment.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
Organize and maintain a clean and organized warehouse space.
Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50lb) regularly.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Reliable and punctual work ethic.
Basic computer skills for inventory tracking.
