The Job: We are looking to fill an immediate need for an efficient Leasing Agent to present and lease properties to prospective lessors. The goal is to assist potential tenants, turn them into actual ones, and achieve high occupancy rates.
Specific responsibilities include:
Establish rapport with residents and provide grade-A personalized customer experience! Have some fun!
Meet with future residents and take them on tours of the units
Conduct daily follow-with prospective tenants
Prepare and execute leasing forms and collect appropriate payments
The Details: Our Leasing Agents should meet the following criteria:
High School diploma/GED required
Have a minimum of one year of experience as a leasing agent, or similar experience in hospitality, sales, etc.
Pass a background check and drug test
