The ideal candidate for this position is prompt, and professional. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, maintaining and repairing different areas of the property. Performing work orders, assisting in the maintenance of interior and exterior systems, and preparing apartments for occupancy according to protocols.

Job Requirements:
o Complete work orders of various types including, but not limited to: electrical, plumbing, HVAC, drywall, painting, appliances and make readies.
o Provide assistance with apartment turnovers as directed.
o Coordinate vendor scheduling and purchase orders with the Community Manager.
o Ensure that the property maintains an exceptional curb appeal by keeping the community grounds and buildings clean and properly maintained.
o Maintain swimming pool.
o Responsible for being On-Call and respond appropriately to emergencies, according to policies and procedures.
o Consistently demonstrate exemplary principles of customer service and teamwork.
o Ensure understanding and compliance with all policies and procedures.
o Communicate with the Community Manager regarding any problems with maintenance or curb appeal that requires further attention.
Applicant Requirements:
o High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
o One (1) year experience in previous relevant experience, property management is a plus
o Must possess strong communication and attention to detail
o Must be able to push, pull, lift, carry or maneuver of a minimum of fifty (50) pounds
o EPA Type II or above (HVAC) Certification required, or willingness to obtain
o CPO (Certified Pool Operator) required, or willingness to obtain
o Fair Housing Certification, willingness to obtain prior to interacting with residents
o Ability to work a flexible schedule and be available for on-call emergencies
o Valid Driver’s License
o Bi-lingual is a plus
