We’re seeking a reliable and versatile Field Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role will focus on overseeing the day-to-day operations across our properties, supporting landscape management, common area management, maintenance, and utility billing processes. The Field Coordinator will work closely with the Senior Field Engineer and Field Operator to ensure our commercial spaces remain well-maintained, functional, and inviting for tenants and visitors.
The right candidate will be comfortable working in the field, managing multiple priorities, and ensuring the highest standards for property presentation and maintenance.

What You’ll Do
Common Area Presentation & Management
- Review properties daily for common area presentation, cleanliness, and property regulation compliance.
- Coordinate with the Office Operations team to effectively and clearly communicate any building or property issues that may impact tenants and/or tenant experience.
- Work with vendors to maintain and manage vegetation, parking lots, alleyways, etc.
Routine Landscape Management
- Review weekly landscape schedules and adjust as needed.
- Manage and maintain equipment, ensuring it is ready for vendor usage each week.
- Supervise and support landscape crew, confirming servicing schedules and time tracking.
- Work with the Senior Field Engineer to review service quality and make necessary schedule adjustments in line with budget.
Maintenance Support
- Assist the Senior Field Engineer and Field Operator with various preventative and responsive maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and other general maintenance issues.
Office Support
- Support Field Operations tasks included in Tenant Lifecycle Activities as needed - ex: move-in, move-out, lockouts, rekeys, tenant signage, etc.)
- Coordinate with the office team to conduct monthly meter reading for tenant utility billings.
More About the Right Person
- Experience in facilities management, landscape supervision, or related roles is a must.
- Strong time management skills and follow through on all projects is necessary.
- Ability to manage and supervise daily labor effectively, ensuring schedules and quality standards are met.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly to field-related issues.
- Proficiency with basic tools and equipment for maintenance tasks.
- Experience with Google Email, Google Docs, Google Sheets is required.
- Experience with Asana is a bonus.
- A reliable vehicle for traveling between properties.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.Post-diploma coursework in a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish is a huge bonus!
Salary and Perks
- Salary Range: $55,000-$65,000 (DOE)
- Schedule: Monday-Friday 9am-5pm; with occasional scheduling for on-call after hours emergencies.
- Paid Time Off: 15 PTO and 11 paid holidays
- Position Type: Full Time; In Person; Occasional remote work available when needed.
