We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Manager to join our HOA property management team. This role is primarily remote, with occasional on-site visits as needed. Company is based in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily administrative operations of HOA properties.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.
Manage communication between homeowners, board members, and vendors.
Maintain accurate records and documentation.
Ensure compliance with HOA policies and regulations.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in administrative management, preferably in property management or a related field.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Quickbooks.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to travel for occasional on-site visits.
