We are an automotive repair company looking for a great, reliable candidate! We are looking to hire someone for a hybrid position that can assist in running our front office. This position requires a half days in the office (Round Rock) and the other half rest of the day will require you to have our company cell phone on you at all to answer calls and texts that come in. Job responsibilities will include:
-Responding to text messages
-Answering phone calls
-Responding to email
-Scheduling jobs
-Invoicing
-Filing
-Miscellaneous errands
To be considered for the job you MUST have:
-General automotive knowledge
-A rather quiet background for answering our cell phone when not in office
-Professional attitude and mannerisms
Pay is $700/week
