Are you organized, detail-oriented, and looking for a remote part-time job? We are a growing electrical company seeking a proactive Data Entry Specialist to join our team for 10-20 hours per week. This role involves critical tasks such as handling vendor packets, reaching out to customers, and communicating with potential clients to gather contractor packet information.
Responsibilities:
Email and call potential clients to request necessary information for partnerships.
Organize and manage data related to vendor and contractor packets.
Assist in customer outreach to enhance business relationships.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proficiency in computer use and navigating various platforms.
Excellent communication skills; must be articulate and professional.
Knowledge of construction project terminology and processes.
Ability to work independently and meticulously.
Previous experience in construction dispatch, reception, or a similar role is advantageous.
Bilingual candidates are strongly preferred.
