AUS-TEX TRANSMISSION, LLC
We are a small manufacturing, high performance automatic transmission for Gasoline/Diesel light duty pick up truck's.
We have a full time position for a reliable and friendly entry level Office Assistant.
Must be proficient with using a computer, Iphone, Ipad, printer, Internet, and google mail.
Excel & Word proficient a plus!
Proficient with using social media platforms. FB, instagram, tik-tok.
Experience with customer service roles and
bilingual English/Spanish is a definite plus!
Job Responsibilities, includes but are not limited to:
Collaborate with front desk to process all incoming jobs
Assists in maintaining the front office & reception area neat and organized.
Purchasing and maintaining all supplies
Handle Incoming mail and correspondence
Collect and prepare proper data and documentation required for each job .
Answer phones, take messages from clients & vendors. and
Collaborate with job scheduling.
Being the first point of contact with new and existing clients, vendors, & visitors.
Able to lift up to 40lbs.
Business Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm, some SATURDAYS. 9am-12noon.
$18.00/hr - up to $25, based on skill level & experience, plus benefits.
