Collision Estimator

Busy auto repair shop in South Austin looking for a collision estimator to come join our team. Responsibilities include Serves as the primary point of contact throughout repair process by communicating with customers and providing updates on the repair process, prepares estimates for customers and order parts based off estimate-knowledge in OPS Trax, Parts trader and APU a plus. Coordinates with technicians to confirm all aspects of damage. Perform quality inspection prior to vehicle delivery to customer. Perform other related duties as assigned. I-CAR certification and familiar with estimating systems CCC1 a plus. Maintains customer satisfaction scores (CSI Surveys) according to company standards. Must have prior collision estimating experience. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision. Some holiday pay. Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30-5:30. Weekly pay plus commission.
