Facilities Maintenance Associate

Overview:

Supports the mission of People's Community Clinic by helping ensure that the work environment is clean and in good operating condition.

The starting pay rate for this position is between $18.00 -$22.00 hourly.

Responsibilities:

-Provide basic handyman services as requested by the Facilities Maintenance Manager or the Facilities Coordinator

-Complete daily inspections of PCC facilities to identify repair or safety issues

-Respond to building emergencies such as water leaks or door issues as requested

-Maintain log of facilities requests

-Stock breakrooms as needed

-Assist other facilities employees as requested

-Adhere to HIPAA and OHSA guidelines

Qualifications:

Education: High School Diploma/GED

Experience:

-Experience in building trade maintenance

-Knowledgeable of basic handyman services

Certificate/License: None

-Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

-Professional demeanor and excellent customer service skills

-Ability to interact successfully with people of diverse backgrounds

-Basic computer literacy in MS Office applications

-Must have reliable transportation
