What will you do?
● Use a combination of automated technology and manual skills to assemble BIPV products
● Perform various assembly operations. Soldering experience is a plus
● Self-inspecting products. Ensure quality requirements are met
● Perform simple electrical testing of the product as required
● Use manufacturing execution system (MES) to input manufacturing data
● Perform routine preventive maintenance as assigned
● Maintain a safe and clean production environment
● Execute housekeeping responsibilities that are consistent with manufacturing initiatives
● Ensure production processes are carried in accordance with company and regulatory requirements
● Other duties as assigned
What do we require from you?
● High school diploma or equivalent
● Experience working in a manufacturing environment
● Basic PC skills and ability to navigate programs used by the Company for training and/or communication purposes
● Follow both verbal instructions and written procedures
● Language Skills : Able to read, write, and communicate in English
● Work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment
● High level of accuracy. Attention to detail
● Ability to communicate effectively
● Adhere to company policies and safety requirements
● Ability to walk, lift, carry, grasp, bend, climb stairs and ladders, reach, kneel
● Ability to stand for long periods of time as necessary
● Ability to push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 pounds
● Available to work flexible hours as necessary
● Ability to follow directions and complete work with minimal supervision
Schedule:
6AM-6PM
Shifts:
Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, & alternating Wednesday's.
OR
Thursday, Friday, Saturday, & alternating Wednesday's.
Pay rate:
$17/hr
