Buddha's Brew Kombucha is in search of a dedicated individual to join our Packaging team. As a Packaging Team Member, you will play a crucial role in our bottling line operations. This position demands physical stamina, teamwork, and meticulous attention to detail. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be capable of performing repetitive tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Operate machinery on the bottling line.
Work collaboratively with a 5-person crew to ensure smooth operations.
Adhere to quality control standards to maintain product integrity.
Assist with packaging and labeling tasks as required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area.
Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times.
Requirements:
Ability to work well in a team environment.
Willingness to take direction and maintain a positive attitude.
Flexibility to adapt to changing duties and responsibilities.
Capable of lifting 50 lbs. multiple times daily.
Comfortable standing for 8 hours a day.
Proficient in performing repetitive tasks with speed and accuracy.
Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
Dependable, hardworking, and committed to excellence.
Mechanical aptitude is a plus.
