Cedar Park, TXProduction Tech Position Summary:The Production Technician works with materials to create a finished product for commercial or industrial use.$18.00/hour Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Operate processing equipment so that the product meets customer product and mix instruction specifications.Follow all process control procedures and work instructions.Understand and comply with procedures regarding possible chemical reactions.Follow production work order instructions.Labeling of containers to meet customer specifications and federal regulations.Responsible for maintaining a safe and clean work environment for 5‐S compliance.General clean up duties; sweeping, squeegee floors, cleaning process equipment, and work areas assigned.Must be able to multi‐task.Understand and adhere to company quality standards.Understand and follow all safety rules and company policies.Understand all work instructions for this position.Performs other duties as required.Proper use of PPE.Material Handler Position:$18.50/hourPosition Summary:The Material Handler maintains production and distribution of product by pulling orders from inventory; delivering production materials and supplies; and assist with inventory monitoring.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Pull product for order fulfillment and shipping preparation.Work with operations team and independently to pick, pack, and ship orders.Ensure shipping orders are correctly labeled and processed for quick and efficient delivery.Transport products throughout the warehouse via power pallet and/or forklift.Operate forklift and other company machinery as required for shipping requirements.Package, label, and shelve each individual component accurately.Review receipt of materials to ensure received materials accuracy.Make inventory adjustments when necessary.Track parts movement between digital and physical locations.Overstock/Downstock.Assist the operations department to conduct cycle counts and accurately record result.Ensure packaged goods are loaded according to documentation and bills of lading.Performs other duties as required.Lab Technician:$20-$23/hourPosition Summary:The lab technician works in conjunction with the Formulations Chemist and chemical staff to perform routine tasks and experiments to specifications.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Perform routine laboratory functions to support scientific experiments, investigations, and tests.Assist with the general upkeep and cleaning of the laboratory and equipment.Collecting test results and coordinating with Chemists and production staff.Setting up, testing, adjusting, calibrating, and maintaining laboratory equipment and apparatus according to specifications.Record analysis and writing reports, reviews, and summaries on the findings of experiments and trials.Collecting and preparing samples, solutions, cultures, and specimens and ensuring safe disposal of waste.Enforcing strict health and safety regulations.Staying up to date with relevant scientific developments that can improve the efficiency of lab operations.Performs other duties as required.If interested, please contact Melissa via email or phone:[email protected]
