This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence and fostering team development.Key Responsibilities:Team Leadership:Supervise and manage the performance and well-being of on-site personnel during assigned shifts.Ensure team members are aligned with their roles and responsibilities.Operational Oversight:Direct and coordinate all technical operations during shifts to ensure workflows run efficiently.Guarantee compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures.Fleet Maintenance:Monitor fleet health, identifying issues proactively.Coordinate timely repairs and maintenance to minimize downtime.Shift Coordination:Facilitate seamless handovers between shifts, providing critical updates and ensuring operational continuity.Reporting:Prepare and deliver comprehensive shift reports, summarizing activities, challenges, and resolutions.Training and Development:Provide coaching and mentorship to technical staff, fostering professional growth and skill enhancement.Identify training needs and collaborate on implementing development programs.Candidate Profile:Experience:At least 8 years of experience in technical team management, preferably within AV or EV.Proven expertise in managing maintenance teams and ensuring operational efficiency.Leadership Skills:Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse teams effectively.Skilled in promoting a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Problem-Solving:Strong decision-making skills to resolve operational challenges promptly.Competence in escalating and communicating complex issues to senior management when necessary.Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with AV systems, including EV technology, is highly desirable.If interested, please send a resume and your availability for a phone interview to Melissa [email protected]
