Our client in Dripping Springs (area code 78737) is looking to add several entry-level Electronic Assembly Technicians to their growing team. No previous experience is required! Our client will train candidates who are dependable, have attention to detail and enjoy working with their hands and electronics. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to step into the electronics field and gain an IPC 620 certification with an opportunity to grow with a dynamic company that has been around for 10+ years and continues to see year-over-year growth!
The schedule runs Monday-Friday with alternating weeks to have every other Friday off (Example - one week five eight-hour shifts, following week four 10-hour shifts). Pay starts at $17.50/hr. through the evaluation and certification process.
The next class cycle is scheduled to start Monday, February 12, 2024
IMPORTANT: This is an evaluation to hire position. If you are dependable, show up on time, complete your IPC 620 certification successfully, and show initiative, throughout the evaluation to hire process conversion to permanent hire is highly likely with this company.

Job Description:
Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials for various electronic components and connections
Assembles components and examine connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies
Test electronic components for electronic continuity
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Perform quality assurance on the entire assembly process.
Provide production and quality records
Job Requirements:
Previous assembly experience preferred, but not required
High attention to detail is a must
Interest in electronic assembly
Dependable candidate with the desire to grow in this field
