$20/hour | Wednesday - Friday 12pm -5pm l Saturday - 10am - 5pm
General Responsibilities
Answer phone calls and emails
Greet customers and provide personalized experience
Receive deliveries and unbox merchandise
Organize showroom and design materials
Aid in design services
Assist seamstress in custom slipcover fittings
Must have access to vehicle for local pick-up and deliveries
Sales
Extremely engaging and outgoing towards customers
Passionate about customer success
Provide excellent customer service with knowledge, warmth, humor, enthusiasm and positivity
Slipcovers
Respond to all slipcover inquiries and provide quotes
Guide customers in fabric selection
Assist seamstress with slipcover fittings
Manage slipcover orders, schedule fittings, oversee order accuracy
Maintain slipcover waiting list
Design Assistance
Assist with product ordering, sourcing and presentation materials
Run errands (this may include client deliveries, picking up fabrics, etc.)
Order & select samples
Check emails & voicemail
Showroom Maintenance
Manage showroom deliveries – unpack & place
Order tacking and vendor communication
Organize the backroom
Responsible for ordering supplies
Keep showroom orderly and attractive
Responsible for pricing and upkeep of inventory
Good understanding of fabric content and vendors
Social Media Management
Instagram posts and customer interaction
Website Upkeep (Squarespace)
Monthly Newsletter (Squarespace)
