Description:THE ROLE:The Sales Operations Specialist will be responsible for the support of assigned sales account on tracking forecasts, backlog, shipments, and rebates.THE PERSON:The successful candidate will have a strong experience in Excel. They will be knowledgeable with sales forecasting, pricing, and rebates tracking. The position requires a strong attention to detail and organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:- Work across a number of teams - including sales, finance, business unit, marketing, supply chain to support data requirements.
- Provide weekly reports report.
- Enter forecasts into revenue forecasting tool.
- Enter pricing quotes and rebates into pricing system.
- Good working knowledge of CRM (SFDC), SAP, and all M. S.|& tools. Must have strong Excel experience.
- Key analytical, finance and business acumen
- Ability to accommodate flexible working hours
- Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
- Strong organization skills to track data and follow up on open items
- The person must be able to communicate externally and internally with a commitment to customer satisfaction and AMD's business objectives.

- No high level negotiations - detail oriented, pivot tables, v-look up
- Comparing and tracking with lots of data, number crunching
