Remote, Part Time Tech Transactional Attorney

In search of a licensed attorney from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials and strong writing, analytical and communication skills. Ideally, have 2-3 years of experience working in a legal capacity on primarily licensing and hosted solution transactions. In addition, the successful candidate will be required to support a wide range of transactions, including M&A, VC and private equity financing, governance, compliance, HR, executive comp, and strategic alliances. Must be open to new challenges, unstructured work environment requiring self management, yet be able to work within a respectful, but very demanding environment with firm deadlines.
