Personal Injury Litigation Attorney (North Austin)
We are a high volume personal injury (mostly car wreck) firm and looking to hire a new litigation attorney. This attorney will be working on a high volume docket. This is a great long-term career opportunity with lots of potential for growth and is ideal for someone who wants to be a top level attorney. No experience required but 1-2 years in personal injury litigation experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include:
All aspects of litigation including depositions, mediations, hearings, and trials.
Help resolve client issues as they arise.
Take direction from managing attorneys and execute assignments in a timely manner.
Qualifications and Experience:
Required: JD and must be licensed and in good standing to practice law in Texas.
Must have valid TX driver license.
1-2 Years personal injury litigation experience preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
Competencies:
Excellent research and writing skills.
Excellent work ethic with the drive to "get the job done".
Must be approachable and able to communicate effectively with professionalism.
Attorney Compensation & Benefits:
Litigation Associate I
$80,000.00 to $120,000.00 DOE
Bonus structure evaluation and opportunity for raises end of Q4 of 2024.
Annual raises are to be expected with good performance.
Path to Partnership:
