I'm looking for someone knowledgeable and familiar with sections 202 and 811 or obtaining to and applying for financial grants in the Austin/RR/G'town areas.
Section 202 provides subsidized housing for seniors (62+) with supportive services.
Section 811 Project Rental Assistance: This program provides project-based rental assistance for extremely low-income individuals with disabilities, often linked with long-term services.
Seeking grant and or general financial assistance is for a 64yo senior living on strictly disability income.
Job would include research information, locate best available housing options/packages, speak to possible loan officers, property mgt. rental agents, property owners and/or landlords. This includes filing and submitting application/s.
Basically I need help finding and moving to safe affordable housing using a sec. 202 or 811 voucher. (different than sec. 8)
I no longer have brain-power to research, make calls, interact w/ professionals, fill out forms and documents etc.
You need to be intelligent, capable, dependable, friendly, reliable, honest, personable, self-confident.
Note: I'm not looking for a lawyer or legal advice - just a sharp individual with some extra time on their hands willing to help.
$20 hour plus a nice incentive bonus.
