Chapter Administrator/Executive Director for Association of Corporate Counsel
Start Date - Sept 1
20-25hours per week. Flexible Schedule. Work From Home with regular needs (no more than twice a week) to show up in person at event locations
Job Responsibilities:
Board Support, Records & Financial Management
Schedule, coordinate logistics for, and attend ACC Austin Board meetings;
Maintain and organize ACC Austin files and records, including documentation for income, expenses, and receipts.
Sponsorship Administration
Assist with drafting and formatting sponsorship program materials and sponsor packets.
Communicate and coordinate with sponsors and potential sponsors; send invoices, deposit and document sponsorship payments.
CLE, Event Planning, and External Collaboration
Coordinate ACC Austin event logistics: manage sponsors, secure event spaces, apply for CLE credits, draft and distribute invitations, handle registration, event check-in, and post-event wrap-up.
Communicate with members regarding events and ACC Austin offerings via email and manage social media; Support chapter engagement and distribute membership surveys
Attend Association of Corporate Counsel chapter administrator/executive director meetings to support chapter activities and stay updated on best practices.
