Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Warehouse Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in warehouse operations, including inventory management, shipping and receiving, and team leadership. As Warehouse Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the warehouse, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and efficiently. The Warehouse Lead will be responsible for training and supervising warehouse staff, ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and identifying areas for improvement. This role requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure efficient workflow.

Coordinate shipping and receiving activities.

Train and supervise warehouse staff.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols.

Identify and implement process improvements.

Maintain accurate records and reports.

Resolve any issues or discrepancies in a timely manner.

Meet deadlines in a fast-paced cross dock setting.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Lead and motivate the warehouse team to achieve goals.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations.

Proven experience in leadership or supervisory role.

Strong knowledge of inventory management and logistics.

Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in warehouse management software and Microsoft Office.

Ability to lift and move heavy objects.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to work various shifts.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.
