Looking for long term 5+ years, Personal Assistant. Someone able to text and communicate, flexible, animal lover, no alcohol problem. Looking for kind heart. Must be able to lift 50 pounds, walk over a mile, and climb stairs.
Wanting to trade efficiency room for personal services such as, housekeeping, errands, dog sitting and security. Other opportunities available depending on experience.
Pay rate will range from $20-30 depending on activity. Bonuses will be available depending on responsibilities and dependability. Car maybe available depending on driving record.
Offering living space near the Domain Area in Austin. Trading private entrance, mini kitchen, private bath, utilities plus wyfi. Mini-kitchen has a frig, microwave, nuwave cooktop, nuwave stove, plus untilites and Wifi for $1200 a month. Is not furnished.
Will trade services, which are negotiable,… for partial or total rent. There is more work available depending on experience.
