Mechanics must be able to prioritize projects, diagnose, order parts, and complete repairs safely and in a timely manner.
Hours: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch break
Duties and Responsibilities not limited to:
Ensure all construction equipment, fleet vehicles, and trailers are in good work order.
Works directly with Project Managers to schedule service and repairs.
Completion of all job-specific paperwork.
Check shop inventory counts weekly
Perform various daily shop duties.
Comply with company safety standards.
Requirements
Mechanical experience with diesel and combustion engines
Electrical and hydraulic diagnostics and repair
Basic knowledge & operation of construction equipment
Meet the physical demands required to work in a mechanical environment
Valid driver’s license; CDL license is a plus
