Seeking Manager for Flooring & Painting Company

We are seeking a motivated manager to help organize, execute, and manage our local jobs. This is an "in the field" position. You may performing installer/painting duties as well.
We have been in the Austin area for over 15 years and is committed to providing quality residential and commercial painting and flooring installation services at a an affordable price. We also offer a full line of flooring materials.
Job Duties:
You will be responsible for managing all projects to ensure they are completed on time and with high quality.
You may need to transport workers, supplies, materials, or run errands as needed.
Responsible for tracking assets (tools, equipment)
May assist with interviewing and hiring staff
May assist with completing estimates.
Responsible for before and after high quality photos of all jobs
Responsible for completing before and after job checklists.
Responsible for ensuring other staff know what to do and perform tasks in a timely manner. May recommend disciplinary actions or termination for others.
Requirements:
Eager and hard working.
Flooring installation experience required.
Painting experience preferred.
Must provide your own COI.
Bilingual English/Spanish required.
Previous experience as a crew manager or leader preferred.
Reliable transportation required.
Basic tools required.
Some college preferred.
Weekly pay.
Trial period required.
