We had a landscaper mowing these two nearby properties for the last four years and his times were steady: 18 hours at Lola and 4 hours at Payton, 22 hours total per visit. We mow every 3 weeks. Every second visit (about 1.5 months) includes herbicide around the buildings, fence lines, and rock driveways. We supply the herbicide. The visit totals $1,420; if you finish in 22 hours, that’s roughly $65/hr.
This is primarily a string-trimmer job. Limited push or riding mowers can be used at a few homes, but most areas require a string trimmer. Blow off hard surfaces before leaving. You must have your own tools and transportation.
Before you quote a price, you must drive by both: 105 W. Lola Dr. (15 total properties make up “Lola,” shown in photos) and 1611 Payton Gin Rd. (36-unit apartment).
