We are seeking an experienced janitorial/commercial cleaner who is available to clean 1 facility, 6 days per week, M-F (anytime after 6pm); and Saturday (after 3) or Sunday (anytime). Must be dependable and be able to successfully work independently and unsupervised. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and self-motivated to satisfy the client.
Requirements:
- Valid Government Issued ID such as DL or Gov't ID Card
- Valid SS#, Tax ID, or EIN number
- Must pass a background check
- Have your own vacuum (all other equipment is on site)
General Responsibilities (but not limited too):
- Vacuuming
- Sanitizing counter-tops, cleaning restrooms, breakroom, and general office spaces
- Dusting
- Removal of trash
- Cleaning front door glass; etc.
This contract pays twice per month. 50% of the monthly pay is issued on the 20th of the month (for work done the 1st - 15th) and the other 50% on the 5th of the month (for work done from the16th - 30th/31st of the month).
