Job description: Garage Supervisor
The Garage Supervisor manager role will be a proven leader that provides a team concept mindset to build and unify the garage, safety driven and a productive leader. Ability to train while working and leading their team to success and achieve all internal and company goals. The role has administrative duties that are related to the day-to-day repair & preventive maintenance.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all repairs and preventive maintenance on all vehicles and equipment but not limited to. The San Antonio location serves as the main hub and supports all satellite locations. This includes managing the of all parts purchased, settlement of invoices. The right candidate will have excellent multi-tasking skills and verbal/written communication skills.
Hiring for the following locations: San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Texas locations
Maintain a repaired, down, scheduled reports
Communicate daily tailgates, task to staff to reach outlined service metrics and goals
Responsible for maintaining, and processing invoices
Ensuring proper parts are ordered and in inventory for necessary repairs
Responsible for all garage scheduling for service repair &maintenance on all V&E and small engine repair
Vocational or manufacture Certifications and ASE certification are a plus
Time management experience
Promotion & corrective action experienced
Your time will be divided in the office and in the garage
Mid-level Word, Excel, is a plus
Job requirements:
Spanish speaking knowledge, at least conversational knowledge
Own set of tools would be ideal
At a minimum must have three (3) years of experience in the manufacturers listed below but not limited to:
Gasoline & Diesel Engines
Dodge
Ford
Chevrolet
Toyota
Caterpillar & John Deere: Skid steers
Caterpillar & John Deere: Mini excavators
Vermeer & Ditch Witch: Trenchers
Wheel Loaders in general
John Deere Tractors

El rol de gerente de supervisor de garaje será el de un líder comprobado que proporcione una mentalidad de concepto de equipo para construir y unificar el taller, un líder impulsado por la seguridad y productivo. Capacidad para capacitarse mientras trabaja y liderar a su equipo hacia el éxito y lograr todos los objetivos internos y de la empresa. El puesto tiene tareas administrativas relacionadas con la reparación y el mantenimiento preventivo diarios.
En este puesto, usted será responsable de gestionar todas las reparaciones y el mantenimiento preventivo de todos los vehículos y equipos, entre otros. La ubicación de San Antonio sirve como centro principal y respalda todas las ubicaciones satélite. Esto incluye la gestión de todas las piezas compradas y la liquidación de facturas. El candidato adecuado tendrá excelentes habilidades multitarea y habilidades de comunicación verbal/escrita.
Contratación para las siguientes ubicaciones: ubicaciones de San Antonio, Houston, Austin, Texas
Mantener informes reparados, inactivos y programados.
Comunicar las tareas y tareas diarias al personal para alcanzar las métricas y objetivos de servicio descritos.
Responsable del mantenimiento y procesamiento de facturas.
Garantizar que las piezas adecuadas estén ordenadas y en inventario para las reparaciones necesarias.
Responsable de toda la programación del taller para reparación y mantenimiento de servicios en todas las reparaciones de V&E y motores pequeños.
Las certificaciones vocacionales o de fabricación y la certificación ASE son una ventaja.
Experiencia en gestión del tiempo.
Promoción y acción correctiva experimentada.
Tu tiempo se dividirá en la oficina y en el garaje.
Word de nivel medio, Excel, es una ventaja
Requisitos de trabajo:
Conocimiento de habla hispana, al menos conocimiento conversacional.
Lo ideal sería tener un conjunto propio de herramientas.
Como mínimo debe tener tres (3) años de experiencia en los fabricantes que se enumeran a continuación, entre otros:
