About Lucky Arrow Retreat:
Located in the heart of Texas Hill Country, Lucky Arrow Retreat is a unique glamping destination in Dripping Springs. We offer a variety of lodging options, including safari tents, yurts, and cozy cabins, along with a heated pool, hot tubs, and an event space for weddings, corporate retreats, and special gatherings. Our team takes pride in providing exceptional hospitality and a clean, welcoming environment for every guest who stays with us.
Responsibilities:
-Clean a designated number of cabins per shift, ensuring all guest spaces meet cleanliness standards.
-Remove used towels and linens, replacing them with fresh sets. Clean, dust, and sanitize all areas of the guest room, including the bedroom, living room, and bathroom, following established procedures.
-Make beds, vacuum carpets and rugs, sweep and mop tile or wood flooring, and remove trash and debris.
-Restock guest amenities such as shampoo, lotion, cotton balls, stationery, and other supplies as needed.
-Use a smartphone to access and update housekeeping applications as required.
-Adhere to Lucky Arrow Retreat's Work Standards of Conduct.
-Maintain a professional and cooperative attitude when working with team members and supervisors.
-Perform additional housekeeping duties as assigned.
-Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable qualified individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
Education/Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Minimum Requirements:
-Must have a smartphone and be comfortable using housekeeping applications.
-Ability to stand for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
-Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
-Capability to meet physical demands, including bending, stooping, grasping, and pushing/pulling loads up to 30 lbs.
-Ability to complete tasks with accuracy, speed, and consistency.
