Flexible hours (as needed) Property Maintenance Services in (Driftwood, TX)
We are seeking a versatile person to oversee various property management tasks at an 11-acre
site in Driftwood, Texas. This role requires someone with experience in landscaping, general
maintenance, and the occasional handyman repairs.
The hours are not regular. We’re looking for a long-term contact to be able to help us maintain
this event rental space. Some months will require more hours than others based on bookings
and seasonal needs.
Responsibilities:
Perform maintenance tasks as needed.
Landscaping and grounds maintenance.
Oversee property upkeep and ensure cleanliness.
Assist with occasional property improvements and renovations.
Requirements:
Experience in handyman repairs and/or landscaping.
Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Having a truck for transportation is preferred.
Compensation:
$30 per hour, commensurate with experience.
