We are owner-builders in Austin who own and operate several apartment complexes. We are looking for a handyman or fence contractor who can provide pricing per linear foot for installing approximately 75 linear feet of fencing.
Fencing Scope:
- Install posts every 8'
- Install 2 or 3 horizontal 2x4 runners to secure pickets
- Install vertical pickets
Bid Format:
- We are looking for per linear foot pricing.
The quote can be turnkey (materials & labor) or labor only
Ideally, provide both:
- Labor-only price per linear foot
- Labor + materials price per linear foot
This allows us to find the best way to work together.
This is a small job, but we have ongoing work opportunities and are always looking for skilled contractors.
