We are seeking an experienced, polished, and discreet Housekeeper for a private residence in the Austin area. This full-time position requires a candidate with a deep understanding of elevated service standards, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to work seamlessly within a fully staffed household.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain pristine cleanliness and organization across all areas of the estate, including formal living spaces, guest suites, kitchens, and private quarters.
Perform deep cleaning duties to exacting standards, including fine furnishing care, specialty surface cleaning, and seasonal detail work.
Manage luxury laundry care: hand-washing delicate garments, steaming, ironing, wardrobe organization, and packing/unpacking for travel.
Uphold exceptional standards of order and presentation, ensuring the home is guest-ready at all times.
Monitor and manage high-end cleaning supplies and inventory, including eco-friendly and specialty products.
Support household culinary routines with light meal prep, pantry organization, and kitchen maintenance as requested.
Provide trusted assistance with errands, event support, and special projects as directed by the principals or estate manager.
Exercise absolute discretion and professionalism in all matters—confidentiality is non-negotiable.
Work collaboratively with other household staff (estate manager, chef, PA, groundskeepers) to ensure seamless daily operations.
Adhere to all household protocols, health and safety standards, and service expectations unique to UHNW environments.
Ideal Candidate:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in private service, preferably within UHNW or formal homes
Polished, professional demeanor with a service-oriented mindset
Proactive, adaptable, and capable of anticipating needs without direction
High level of discretion and integrity
Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with high expectations
